We are happy to refund on all stock items purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt, although we must be notified within 7 days of your intention to return the item. If we have not heard from you within 7 days, this shall be taken as acceptance of your order. All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. All delivery and return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and cannot be refunded. We advise all customers to return the package via a recorded mail service/courier service to the address below along with a copy of the invoice and a cover note explaining the reason for the return. Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are signed for at our workshop. Your refund will be processed within 3 day of receipt.
In the UK we use an insured and track-able service. If the item fails to arrive within the expected time/arrives damaged then please notify us within 3 days of receipt, so that we can arrange for a repair/replacement. When delivering outside of the UK we are unable to track the item and therefore we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped outside of the UK which fail to arrive at their destination.
All orders for bats are final, however, if contact is made within 24 hours of your order, small modifications may be made for a £15 fee. Please ensure you double check your order before committing to purchase. After 24 hours of all orders, it is unlikely that changes can be made.
We aim to dispatch all stock orders within 3 working days of the order through a reputable courier. However, when ordering a bat please note that as they are made to order these may take up to 10 days to reach you, therefore, if you are in need of the bat for a specific date please contact us for current time scales before making your purchase.
All payments will be taken from your card at the time of order.
In over 25 years of service we have never had one unhappy customer so please buy with confidence. If, in the very unlikely event you are our first, we will work with you and your bat to make sure you are 100% delighted with your purchase.
